Description

• Collaborate closely with product designers and cross-functional teams, enhancing content effectiveness. • Conduct UX research and gather insights that influence product leadership. • Translate data into actionable product copy changes. • Serve as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams. • Craft clear, accessible copy for various formats and audiences. • Educate the team on best practices and content design fundamentals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years in product design, content design, UX writing, or related roles, particularly within the fintech or startup sectors. • An influential leader capable of persuading senior department heads. • Skilled in leveraging user testing and research to enhance content effectiveness and user experience. • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. • Proficient in Figma, content management systems, and web analytics. • Experienced at leading discussions and aligning teams toward common goals.
