🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.   • 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS business. • 3+ year experience managing and mentoring a team. • Curiosity, passion for understanding customer needs, and with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences. • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions. • High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution. • Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization, particularly with executive audiences. • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders. • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change and desires continuous iteration and improvement on products and processes.
