Description

• Build end-to-end experiences for our web-based application to create the most modern and straightforward life insurance customer journey • Work within a cross-functional environment partnering closely with product, design and QA • Serve as a role model for engineering standards and bring consistency across the many codebases and processes • Help drive sound technical decision-making and lead technical conversations • Ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, secure and extensible

Requirements

• A strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in web development • Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments • An appreciation for working in a fast-paced environment and building products from the ground up • Experience being a generalist and working on both the frontend, backend, and doing anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally • Pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems • Strong development skills in React, Python, and Node
