📋 Description
• Analyze, design, and lead data recalibration efforts supporting clients' growth strategies • Conduct assessments, support growth strategies, and evaluate data management technologies • Support and guide recalibration programs focused on data management strategy • Recommend data design and analysis for various data management programs • Establish implementation plans for data management solutions • Define or guide the definition of data standards and policies
🎯 Requirements
• Data and analytics experience across architecture, governance, master data, metadata, and quality management • Familiar with marketplace data management tools such as MRI-Simmons, Geoscape, etc. • Expertise and creative solutions for establishing models and implementation standards • Experience with data architecture frameworks and understand the processes and systems that enable their success in an organization • Awareness of and practical understanding of population trends, cultural attunement and ability to adopt data management practices accordingly • Strong communication skills and can translate technology to business and vice versa • Previous consulting experience • Strong analytical problem-solving • Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
