Description

• Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains. • As a Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate and manage complex Web3 projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise in program management, blockchain technologies, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry. • Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Polygon, Polkadot, or other relevant networks, and familiarity with consensus protocols. • Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to evolving program requirements and priorities. • Experience with DApps, and Smart Contract development is a plus. Certifications like PgMP, PMP, or similar are advantageous.
