📋 Description
• Lead our expanding team of energy professionals, focusing on substation and transmission engineering. • Support the Power Services program for clients across the United States. • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Power Delivery engineering team. • Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and project efficiency. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Oversee project scoping, cost estimating, and proposal development. • Manage and mentor the electrical engineering team. • Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution. • Prepare and review engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry and client standards. • Represent Pond at client meetings, job sites, and industry conferences.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Electrical or equivalent • Master's Degree encouraged • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred • 15+ Years of experience in related transmission and substation design services • Experience managing/leading technical teams and providing guidance and mentorship • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards and design software
