Description
• Design and implement the infrastructure and tooling used by poolside researchers and engineers. • Ensure seamless access to infrastructure and robust cloud offerings. • Develop tools to increase efficiency of engineering teams.
Requirements
• Proficient in Go • Experience in writing backend services • Familiarity in writing CLI applications • Expertise in debugging issues on Linux, including network and process-related problems • Experience running containers using Kubernetes • Experience with managed or self-hosted Kubernetes • Deep familiarity with AWS services • Comfortable managing IAM policies and ensuring proper permission settings • Hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu for managing complex AWS environments • Familiarity using Ansible for configuring bare-metal hosts or baking AMIs • Skilled in Observability and Monitoring tools and practices • Adept in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines • Experienced in Incident Response protocols and best practices
