• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or MBA program with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field. • Exposure in sales and business development. • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. • Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and cultural norms to effectively engage with local clients. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and leverage their networks for sales opportunities. • Strong interest in the logistics & shipping industry or related sectors. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
