📋 Description
Provide day-to-day HR support across all departments and teams Maintain and Own the Portoro HRIS system (Rippling) Own the entire payroll process Assist employees with their payroll questions and issues Support recruitment activities Oversee and maintain the time and attendance system Coordinate and execute employee onboarding Serve as the primary user of HR systems Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates Maintain knowledge of Portoro’s policies and trends
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3+ years work experience across several different HR disciplines MUST have Rippling HRIS experience High emotional intelligence Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Demonstrated ability to think and work independently Experience managing payroll activities and systems required
