Description

• Assistant Account Manager position supporting Account Managers in coordinating and executing projects. • Essential for maintaining project timelines, updating project management software, and ensuring high-level client service. • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, assist in client communication, and task management. • Provide administrative support, assist in issue resolution, and occasional travel for client meetings. • Contribute significantly to the evolution and optimization of supply chains in a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in account management or project coordination within the software industry. • Familiarity with project management software such as RocketLane, Asana, or equivalent. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to identify potential issues and work proactively to resolve them. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
