Our team has recently implemented NetSuite, marking a significant step forward in enhancing our systems and processes. • As a new member, you’ll build on this foundation by optimizing our use of NetSuite and integrating it seamlessly with our existing internally developed software and workflows. • Your contributions will drive efficiency and support the continuous improvement of our operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including customizations, data migration, and integration oversight. • Expertise in NetSuite features, including custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, and the data model. • Proven ability to manage data imports, migrations, and system updates. • Strong understanding of functional features, billing, payments, A/P, general ledger, planning, audit, reporting processes and native Netsuite budget functionality. • SuiteScript and SQL coding proficiency, familiarity with middleware integration tools (Celigo, Workato, etc.) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments and business functions. • Project Management: Lead and assist in NetSuite projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and system testing. • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements; maintain role-based access controls and monitor system security. • Understanding of business financial statements and accounting principles
