Description

• Lead client engagements from end-to-end (solutioning, design, delivery). • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships. • Lead agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership needs. • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels. • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals. • Identify opportunities for enhancements or new offerings in our leadership solution suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching. • Proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting. • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years. • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred. • Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC). • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership. • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment. • Exceptional time and project management skills.
