• HRG is an employee-owned, nationally recognized consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm. • We are actively seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our dedicated team of professionals in Cranberry Township, PA with work from home flexibility. • Key responsibilities include: H&H Modeling using (PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS) Designing streambank/buffer restoration projects Bridge/Culvert modeling and floodplain delineation Providing robust MS4 consulting services to municipal clients Developing and implementing MS4 Pollution Reduction Plans Designing stormwater management and erosion and sediment control BMPs Flood mitigation and storm sewer designs Assistance with developing and implementing municipal stormwater authorities and fees Designing Green Infrastructure (GI) Preparing project designs and reports (SWM, NPDES, E&S, etc.) Preparing PADEP Joint and General Permit Applications Working with PADEP, ACOE and County Conservation Districts Successful delivery of water resources related projects with oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and design team.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering • Engineer-In-Training (required), Professional Engineer (preferred) • 3+ years’ experience in water resources engineering to include: o Stormwater design o Hydrologic/Hydraulic modeling o Streambank restoration design o Regulatory permitting o Project presentations o Specification writing o Meeting facilitation • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, PCSWMM, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Civil3D (preferred) • Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills • Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices (Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license) • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
