Description

• As an Account Manager in the CRO division, the primary goal is to ensure the seamless execution of every growth idea presented to clients. • Create internal tickets for various tasks such as copy, design, development, or email to ensure smooth implementation of presented ideas. • Conduct thorough quality checks on completed tasks before sharing them with growth leads. • Communicate effectively with clients, fostering a collaborative environment. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular meetings and fostering strong relationships. • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they align with client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment. • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts. • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. • Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships. • English proficiency: B2 minimum
