Description

• As the Programmatic Ad Ops Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the execution and performance of programmatic within your book of business • You are an attentive learner, eager to problem solve and hungry to grow your technical, strategic, and analytical skills • You have great communication skills and collaborate well with your lead Strategists • You are known for your reliability, and attention to detail resulting in high-quality work delivered on time • You are actively involved in supporting trafficking, reporting, optimizations, and execution of programmatic deliverables • You are a self-starter when it comes to your responsibilities, and manage your workflow efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in an ad operations role at an ad tech company, agency or equivalent • Strong understanding and hands-on-key experience using ad tech tools and platforms, including ad servers (CM360), DSPs (Trade Desk, Adelphic, DV360), ad verification tools, and ad trafficking systems • Understanding of campaigns across various programmatic channels, including mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, DOOH and audio • General knowledge in data analysis and the ability to set up reports, interpret campaign performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and recommend data-driven decisions • Proficiency in the use of technology and workflow tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors • Strong attention to detail in setting up, monitoring, and managing programmatic campaigns • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
