📋 Description

• As a Staff Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership for more complex, longer-term business outcomes. • You’ll coordinate the work of a group of engineers, whether that’s within a product team or in one of our horizontal guilds. • We need someone who can equally turn their hand to building products and to selecting frontend technologies that are scalable, highly performant and provide a great developer experience. • While your deepest area of expertise will be frontend architecture, you’ll also be sufficiently familiar with API and backend development to work in a full stack capacity where necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a Senior or Staff position, with experience executing large technical projects end-to-end (including operational maintenance and v2 development in the product realm) • Strong track record with full stack development with a particular focus on frontend. • Preferably you have experience with our tech stack (Angular, Nest, Typescript, MongoDB) but additional experience with React, GraphQL and other frameworks is welcome. • Experience working in highly automated, continuously-deployed environments • Advanced analytical thinking skills • Self-motivated and communicative • Deep understanding and strong opinions on modern software development practices • Fluent English language skills is essential
