Description

• Responsible for overall management of legal recovery activities within the internal legal team. • Activities include policy recommendations, employee development, capacity planning, process design, budgeting and strategic planning. • Collaborates with VP, peers, attorneys and workflow team to create and troubleshoot workflows. • Examines daily workload volumes to prioritize work efforts including queue management, attorney placement, account updates, audits, and productivity standard maintenance. • Oversees and assists senior managers and managers with support staff. • Identifies training issues and potential lost revenue and implements corrective action plans. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts or Law and/or equivalent experience. • Paralegal Certification Preferred. • 5+ years legal experience required. • 5+ years high volume and capacity planning required. • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated legal, leadership, supervisory and high volume processing experience.
