Description

• You will work closely with Executive Leadership and outside counsel. • Review, draft, and negotiate company forms including agreements. • Establish and implement compensation policies and procedures. • Advise on international growth initiatives and compliance. • Review practices to identify areas of risk and advise solutions. • Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions. • Respond to special legal requests from internal clients. • Own relationship with outside counsel.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. • Actively licensed to practice law in the US. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with corporate governance matters. • Preferred 8+ years of legal experience in technology companies. • Experienced with drafting and negotiating various agreements. • Experienced managing work processes and budgets with outside counsel. • Able to provide solution-focused advice and communicate risks. • Focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Substantial in-house experience in a startup environment. • Detail-oriented, well-organized, technically adept.
