Description

• Design System Development: Envision, build, and maintain Praktika’s design system, ensuring consistent, scalable UI components across all platforms. • Hands-On UI/UX Design: Develop and refine core UI elements, user flows, and interactive features that optimize the learning experience. • User-Centered Prototyping: Design and test prototypes that reflect our learning goals, incorporating user feedback and analytics. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, and Methodology teams to ensure a cohesive vision. • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. • Design Quality Standards: Establish and uphold Praktika’s standards for edutainment design. • Data-Informed Design Decisions: Leverage user insights and performance metrics to enhance usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior or lead design role, ideally in mobile gaming or edtech products. • Proven experience with creating and maintaining a design system in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to design challenges. • Strong proficiency in design, prototyping, and animation tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards. • Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and elevating a design team.
