β€’ The Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Capability Lead is a member of the Evidence Solutions leadership team reporting directly to the Head of Evidence Solutions. β€’ Responsible for the forming, growth and development of the Evidence Generation capability. β€’ The SVP, MD builds and creates new business, cultivates key client relationships, and identifies opportunities to enhance and grow current business. β€’ Manages the revenue and performance of the team, and continues to build and foster a healthy team culture. β€’ Effectively collaborates across Evidence Solutions and Precision AQ.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Postgraduate degree- MS, PharmD, MD, or PhD β€’ 15+ years of experience of high-impact HEOR publications, business development, consulting, and/or leadership, including a proven track record of success building and retaining teams, pointed at HEOR research and delivery β€’ Broad technical knowledge of outcomes research and health economics, with focus on evidence generation activities (RWE, primary data collection methods, modeling), as well as knowledge of the changing payer/Health Technology Assessment (HTA) landscape in the US and globally. β€’ Proven record of collaborating with senior leadership around building a strong team and developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies, drive revenue, and sustain continued growth year over year β€’ Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and payer evidence requirements β€’ Strong knowledge of the interconnectedness of the variety of commercialization services that a life science company deploys to successfully launch a product β€’ Proven business acumen surrounding the running of a business line β€’ Strong strategic and technical writing skills β€’ Successful history meeting deadlines while working on multiple parallel projects β€’ May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
