Description

• Act as a consultant on project teams for UKG Pro implementations. • Participate in client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements. • Collaborate with project consultants to configure and test client solutions. • Conduct solution review workshops and support the development of client test strategy. • Proactively manage solution delivery risks and support clients through UAT, deployment, and go-live. • Work closely with UKG WFM consultants for joint UKG Pro/UKG Pro WFM implementations. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional consultants to deliver optimal client solutions.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of UKG Pro experience. • Proficiency in UKG Pro implementation methodology and processes. • Additional UKG Module certifications a plus. • Experience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions implementations is a plus. • Demonstrated success in meeting client deliverables during software implementations. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet various deliverables. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors throughout projects. • Capability to lead and execute all phases of implementation, from client discovery to deployment. • UKG implementation certifications are mandatory.
