Description

•As a UKG READY Consultant you will work closely with our elite clients to gather business requirements to design / configure solutions •Provides subject matter expertise, leadership and recommendations to clients regarding application problems and solutions •Holds accountability with clients and manages their expectations •Guides clients through detailed discovery sessions surrounding UKG Ready application capabilities •Analyzes client needs and designs solutions based on requirements and discussions •Executes Unit and Integration testing before delivering developed solutions •Troubleshoots and resolves application-level problems •Lead projects and weekly progress meeting with your assigned clients •Communicate with and update project management regarding client work status/tasks •Consistently participate in on-going educational classes and seminars to improve skills

Requirements

•Minimum of five (5) years’ experience implementing UKG READY solutions •Kronos customization, configuration, and implementation experience in Timekeeping and Accruals modules •Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components •Ability to work independently without daily supervision as well as multitask between different projects and clients •Experience working in complex business environments and on high-pressure, fast-paced projects •Excellent and creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills •Proven Client Leadership skills including conflict resolution skills •Excellent communication and professional presentation skills •Effective meeting management skills •Willingness and ability to travel if needed (no more than 30% of the time) •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
