📋 Description

• Configuration Management: Configure Guidewire applications based on business requirements and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals. • Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including requirements, change logs, and system documentation. • System Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to enhance performance and reliability. • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for system configuration issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation. • Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure successful implementation. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve configuration management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Quality Assurance: Work with quality control analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality features. • Project Management: Partner with EPMO to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. • Feature Integration: Collaborate with software engineering teams to request new features required to deliver business needs. • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field; or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Guidewire Cloud applications (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center) • Preferred Guidewire Certified Associate Insurance Suite Developer or higher • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understanding of claims processing, provider/institutional billing practices, and property and casualty insurance lines • Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and deploying Guidewire applications • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Familiarity with quality assurance and project management methodologies • Experience with Guidewire Configuration (PCF, BC, TS, XML), GOSU scripting, and Guidewire Integration
