Description

β€’ Identify and target potential clients within our demographic (SMBs with 25-200 employees). β€’ Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities. β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. β€’ Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects. β€’ Bring in 3-4 new open requisitions (reqs) per month. β€’ Come with a pre-existing list of 15 contacts within our target demographic. β€’ Present a mini marketing plan to demonstrate how you will attract and engage new clients. β€’ Collaborate with our marketing team to align efforts and maximize outreach.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, within the staffing or recruiting industry. β€’ Demonstrated ability to generate new leads and close deals. β€’ Strong network within small to medium-sized businesses (25-200 employees) in the Tech/IT industry. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Self-motivated and able to work independently. β€’ Ability to present a well-thought-out mini marketing plan. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
