Description

• Lead design sprints and conduct user research for federal government projects. • Design user experiences for web-based and client-server applications. • Create and evaluate prototypes for usability and efficiency. • Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders. • Develop a long-term UI/UX vision for products. • May mentor other team members in best practices.

Requirements

• Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust: U.S. citizenship is mandatory. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies.
