• About Prevail Legal: A well-funded startup focused on modernizing legal processes through innovative technologies. • Seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive innovative product strategies and align with company objectives. • Own the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to execute strategy. • Implement and optimize processes for the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. • Engage customers for requirements gathering and conduct market research for innovation. • Manage a small team of designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project balance. • Define and monitor metrics to measure product success and impact on business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing a product in a secure SaaS platform, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and design teams, including providing insights on architecture and design decisions that align with product goals. • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results. • Baseline experience working with Rails or similar MVC platforms.
