Description

• Prezi is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing initiatives across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta. • You will drive data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our paid media investments are delivering maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). • This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will directly impact our global growth strategy. • This is an excellent opportunity to join an established brand in growth mode!

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Managed campaigns across various geographies, with a focus on both the US and Western European markets. • Strong communication skills in English • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, etc.). • Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for paid channels. • Expertise in using ad management and analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment. • Data-driven with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Detail-oriented and results-focused, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. • Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating to drive optimal outcomes.
