• Full-time remote Legal Assistant position • Support Family Law practice • Review bank records, financial documents, and legal documents • Prepare spreadsheets and summaries from document reviews • Track expenses and incoming/outgoing emails • Follow up on post-judgment tasks and tasks related to legal proceedings • Assist with administrative tasks regarding mediation • Update client lists and track legal documents • Communicate with clients and former clients to provide necessary information

Requirements

• Fluent in English (English C1-C2 level) • Excellent writing and reading skills to communicate via email and phone • Accounting or banking background • Document review background • Use of software to redact documents • Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information
