β’ Responsible for delivering solution products that drive value for our customers. β’ Act as primary point of contact and decision maker on product discovery/definition and features to be developed. β’ Work with product managers and operations teams to convert to actionable items on the backlog. β’ Enable product vision from product management and operations teams into actionable product roadmap. β’ Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review, and retrospective. β’ Monitor ongoing performance and usage of features and acts as point of contact for feedback. β’ Develop strong relationships with development, internal groups, and customers for timely delivery. β’ Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize key product documentation.
β’ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study. β’ Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience required. β’ High School diploma or GED is required. β’ 5 years of work experience leading business processes, system changes or similar relevant experience. β’ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
