📋 Description

• Responsible for delivering solution products that drive value for our customers. • Act as primary point of contact and decision maker on product discovery/definition and features to be developed. • Work with product managers and operations teams to convert to actionable items on the backlog. • Enable product vision from product management and operations teams into actionable product roadmap. • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review, and retrospective. • Monitor ongoing performance and usage of features and acts as point of contact for feedback. • Develop strong relationships with development, internal groups, and customers for timely delivery. • Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize key product documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study. • Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience required. • High School diploma or GED is required. • 5 years of work experience leading business processes, system changes or similar relevant experience. • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
