β€’ Transform ideas and insights into compelling visual stories. β€’ Strong typographic and compositional skills (illustration a plus). β€’ Understand and apply direction from creative leadership. β€’ Present design deliverables to supervisors/leadership team clear and meets objectives. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams. β€’ Execute quality work that reflects brand standards, with minimum revisions. β€’ Conceptualize/explore unique and diverse design styles. β€’ Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and cultural trends.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, fine art, graphic design or related field. β€’ Master's degree is an asset. β€’ At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3 years of experience working in an agency environment. β€’ In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends. β€’ Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite as it applies to print and digital projects. β€’ Excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
