β€’ The Field Installation Manager oversees the on-site installation of products and systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. β€’ This role involves managing installation crews, coordinating logistics, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. β€’ Regular site visits are essential to monitor progress and work quality. β€’ Installation Management: Supervise installation crew members and independent contractors, ensuring timely, code-compliant installations. β€’ Partner with Activations & Delivery Teams to deliver exceptional service during installations. β€’ Develop and manage detailed project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines. β€’ Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. β€’ Conduct on-site surveys, document conditions, and provide actionable recommendations. β€’ Create clear, concise installation and assembly directions. β€’ Lead installation teams from delivery to project completion with proven expertise. β€’ Negotiate rates, costs, and resolve disputes with subcontractors on behalf of the organization. β€’ Prepare installation estimates and support pricing negotiations for the Bid & Quote Team. β€’ Facilitate internal and external training on installation processes and methods. β€’ Quality Control: Inspect installations for compliance with quality standards, specifications, and client requirements. β€’ Promptly address quality issues, including corrective actions and rework when necessary. β€’ Perform quality checks on materials and equipment used in installations. β€’ Logistics and Coordination: Oversee the delivery and handling of materials at job sites. β€’ Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades involved in installations. β€’ Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are secured for installations. β€’ Reporting and Documentation: Generate and submit detailed installation reports, including progress updates, issues encountered, and completion documentation. β€’ Maintain accurate records of installation details, such as labor hours, materials used, and key project milestones. β€’ Installer Network Management: Evaluate and grow the installer database while ensuring adherence to organizational processes and requirements. β€’ Assess and provide feedback on the performance of installation partners. β€’ General Duties: Perform additional assignments as required. β€’ Uphold and promote safety goals and objectives within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Willingness and ability to travel weekly, both domestically and internationally. β€’ Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or equivalent relevant experience (minimum three years of field experience). β€’ Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex installations. β€’ Background in white box construction or sign installation is required. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, crew members, and stakeholders. β€’ Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in project management, construction, and reporting software. β€’ High level of business acumen, confidence, motivation, and proactive energy. β€’ Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams. β€’ Effective leadership, written and oral communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. β€’ Proven negotiating experience. β€’ Knowledge of equipment operation, including personnel and equipment lifts. β€’ Rope certifications and the ability to work at significant heights are a plus. β€’ Expertise with manual and laser measuring devices; Lidar experience is an advantage. β€’ Familiarity with drones for survey purposes is a bonus. β€’ Hands-on experience with interior/exterior painting, drywall, carpet installation, general electrical and plumbing work, furniture assembly, welding, metal cutting, concrete work, rebar assembly, data wiring, and lighting. β€’ Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and performing materials takeoffs. β€’ Physical ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 50 lbs.
