Description

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Uphold and advance quality standards across the product lifecycle • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and excellence in quality management • Partner with Product Delivery and Engineering teams to align quality objectives with organizational goals

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/IT or equivalent experience • Strong familiarity in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Cypress) • Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, Python, and C# and version control systems like Git • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong QA process champion with experience leading with influence • ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications a plus • Project team lead experience in Agile-like and Waterfall environments
