• 7+ years of experience with end-to-end project management with a product mindset, utilizing modern engineering methodologies and tools • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. • Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data management. • Capable of evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools to support platform growth and performance with technical teams. • Collaborate with cloud architects and infrastructure engineers to optimize resource utilization and cost-efficiency. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (GCP) and infrastructure components. • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring • Experience with implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform product decisions and optimize platform performance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • A focus on continuous improvement and learning both formally and informally
