Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote our agency's services, successes, and thought leadership • Craft compelling narratives and content for various media channels, including press releases, blog posts, and social media • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers • Secure speaking engagements, awards, and other recognition opportunities for agency leadership • Coordinate and manage agency participation in industry events and conferences • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded • Analyze client feedback and industry trends to continuously improve our service offerings • Collaborate with account managers to identify and address potential client concerns proactively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in PR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements • Strong understanding of digital PR and social media strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding relationship-building and networking abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Experience in client management and retention strategies
