• Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the growth of the existing customers • Building trusted and long-term relations with them • Essential for the Team’s success as you influence the customer's lifetime value within the system • Reporting to the Head of Sales and plays a key role in driving sales revenue • In constant touch with a variety of new customers from the World’s most recognized companies
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of sales experience (in online advertising or digital services) • Experience in international sales is a plus • High communication skills to work comfortably with calls and personalized email correspondence • Proficiency in business English at a high level, both spoken and written, and knowledge of a second language is welcomed • Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets) • Sincere curiosity to learn new trends
