Description
• Reporting to the Director of Sales (Aquablation Therapy) • Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through strategic plans • Manage installations, training, and growth of Aquablation Therapy in the region • Build and develop the field sales team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution • Start-up company experience selling disruptive technology • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or sales management • High level of technical/clinical product knowledge • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proven track record of leading/teaching at organizational meetings • Excellent communication skills to work in cross-functional teams • Ability to travel up to 75%
