• Profitably grows the York brands of Custom Air Handling (YC) and Standard Solution (XT) products • Coordinates with EqNA channel sales leadership to set volume objectives • Develops and implements activities and strategies to continually increase top line revenue • Work with the EqNA Channel sales team to provide engineered support • Provides detailed engineering information to communicate design, configuration, operation, and installation requirements to consulting engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • 7+ years HVAC systems and applications experience preferably with Custom or Commercial Air Handling Units • Demonstrated analytical skills and computer skills to include: Advanced AutoCAD proficiency, Inventor knowledge, Microsoft office suite • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to recognize sales opportunities • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal customers
