• Spotify is seeking a Compensation Partner to be part of the global Compensation team. • This is a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced international organization with excellent development opportunities. • Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music. • This role reports to our Head of Compensation.
🎯 Requirements
• You have 7+ years experience from working in a global compensation function. • You have experience leading, company-wide projects with cross functional teams. • You’re an expert at prioritizing and being flexible in a fast paced environment with changing demands. • You’re able to embrace ambiguity and autonomy. • You have a detailed orientation for numbers and comfort with complex modeling. • You’re able to think in an unexpected way and propose creative solutions to nuanced problems. • You’re a good negotiator with analytical skills. • You’re down to earth and a hardworking teammate with high integrity. • You have excellent communication skills • You’re an expert MS Office user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Excel) • Workday or CaptivateIQ experience is a plus!
