• Guide and grow a team of Solution Specialists • Drive sales of Financial Management products • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager and Inside Sales teams • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Provide training and support to the team • Conduct call and presentation reviews • Help reps win deals via onsite presentations • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team performance • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience • 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment) • 3+ years of management experience in a sales environment • Experience in selling to ENR 500 firms preferred • Track record in hiring, developing, and promoting sales representatives • Proven experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social selling • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
