📋 Description

• Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. • We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior Backend Engineer to join us on our journey. • Proactively solve technology challenges in SaaS application development while helping our customers. • Contribute to strategic objectives and personal growth with a customer-centric mindset. • Lead technical output and design quality for sustainable software architecture and code practices. • Ensure clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code from team members. • Participate in code reviews and deliver high-quality, collaborative feedback to your team. • Investigate and resolve defects and improve application performance. • Stay updated with industry trends and enhance team knowledge through mentorship. • Work with technologies like Python, AWS, FastAPI, Django, Docker, and Kubernetes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a focus in backend development. • Experience working within a team of Software Engineers to build reliable and scalable SaaS software solutions that use RESTful APIs • Expertise in refactoring, maintaining, and improving existing solutions. • Experience working with agile and software delivery best practices such as scrum/kanban, CI/CD, test automation, and infrastructure as code. • Adept at working with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. • Strong problem-solving, technical design, and analytical skills. • Able to balance multiple competing priorities while solving challenging problems. • Excellent teamwork and communication with other Software Engineers, leadership, and others in the organization with less technical backgrounds. • Experience mentoring other Software Engineers. • Acts with compassion and empathy for others.
