📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Prodigy Finance, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with our mission to democratize access to education financing. • You will work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful features that drive business results and improve the customer experience. • This role requires a strong blend of problem-solving, data analysis, customer understanding, and foundational product management skills. • If you’re passionate about building great products, solving tough problems, and improving lives through education financing, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in a fintech, education, or technology company. • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to define problems clearly, break down complex issues, and come up with structured and data-backed solutions. • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to transform those insights into product features that drive satisfaction and engagement. • Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and using data to guide product decisions. Experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and product metrics. • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Comfortable leading discussions and driving consensus. • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively. • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical concepts and experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver products. • Nice to Have: Experience in education finance, student lending or B2C industry; MBA or relevant advanced degree.
