📋 Description
• Search and selection of candidates using all possible tools and techniques • Conducting interviews, assessing the candidate's skills and their compliance with the requirements of the position • Coordinating the hiring process from contact to employment • Ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers • Providing feedback and support to candidates during the hiring process • Building long-term relationships with candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting • Experience in closing non-tech positions • Experience in the full cycle of work on a vacancy • Experience in searching, hunting, managing middle+ level candidates • English Intermediate+ level • Nice to have experience in gambling and in hiring in different markets
