Description
• Workday PRISM Development: Design and manage scalable PRISM pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization. • Accounting Center Management: Develop, configure, and optimize batch jobs and accounting center setups for financial reporting. • Troubleshoot and resolve job failures promptly. • Integration and Orchestration: Build and enhance Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate. • Collaborate with teams to design and maintain seamless integration solutions. • Data & Reporting (Preferred): Create advanced Workday reports and dashboards. • Assist with security configurations to ensure compliance and data integrity. • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Communicate effectively regarding project updates and risks.
Requirements
• 5+ years in Workday PRISM and Accounting Center development. • Proficiency in managing data lineage, batch jobs, and PRISM transformations. • Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Orchestrate, Java, and AWS services. • Experience in financial systems and exceptional communication skills are highly desirable. • Experience working in a tech-centric, fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines. • Proven ability to work successfully on projects that have high-level exposure, which may require presentation/demo to stakeholders. • Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
