β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ As a Business Development Consultant at Project 24, your primary responsibility is to play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. β€’ Your focus will be on acquiring new clients by initiating contact with prospective leads, nurturing those leads, and ultimately transitioning the client relationship to the Customer Care Team once a sale is secured. β€’ Incorporating the adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a mandatory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Business Development Consultants (Hunters) is crucial.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven sales experience, particularly in IT. β€’ Strong understanding of Microsoft's offerings, Licensing, and related IT services. β€’ Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets. β€’ 3+ years of experience in technology sales. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software preferred.

β€’ A more than competitive base salary that ensures financial stability for Business Sales Consultants. β€’ Commission Structure: Tier 1 (0 to 1 Customer signed up): 5% commission Tier 2 ( 2 to 3 Customers signed up): 7.5% commission + 1% accelerator for MRR revenue above 1.8 million annual MRR G.P revenue. β€’ Tier 3 (4 to 6 Customers signed up): 10% commission + 2% accelerator for MRR revenue above 3.6 million annual MRR G.P revenue. β€’ Tier 4 (7+ Customers signed up): 12% commission + 3% accelerator MRR revenue above 4.8 million annual MRR G.P revenue. β€’ Team Performance Bonus: If the sales team collectively exceeds the annual target by 20%, a 1% bonus is awarded to each team member. β€’ Annual President's Club Trip Incentive: A personal invited 3 Day Trip once a year to be Spoiled Rotten.
