📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Content Producer to lead our client's social media strategy. • Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Social Content Producer will develop and implement social media initiatives. • Create all social media assets for our client, including photography & video. • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for social media campaigns and consumer engagement. • Scale the community and increase engagement. • Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look & feel for the brand across all social channels. • Provide ad-hoc analyses on performance to internal shareholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Digital + Social Media industry, preferably with a fitness/wellness brand. • Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and design skills • Proficiency with platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Later, Capcut, Asana, etc.) • Collaborative finesse in building strong cross-functional relationships that foster innovation and creativity • Experience in leading high-performing teams and people management skills • A strategic mindset that has driven successful organic growth campaigns, resulting in impressive sales outcomes • Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup (Bonus) • Entrepreneurial mindset (Bonus)
