📋 Description

• The DevOps Manager will oversee all aspects of our DevOps and IT infrastructure, managing the development, deployment, and operations of our SaaS platform and ensuring the smooth running of internal IT systems. • This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS and Azure), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting in languages like Python and Elixir. • Additionally, experience with mobile infrastructure and applications will be important. • As a senior leader, you will mentor the DevOps and IT teams, drive best practices, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering roles at SaaS start-ups, with 3+ years in a leadership or management position. • Experience with SOC2 compliance and IT management a plus. • Proven experience in managing multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure) with a strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and cost optimization. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly using Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure. • Direct experience implementing and maintaining security and compliance audits, including SOC2. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Elixir for automation, tool-building, and infrastructure management. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) and building automated deployment processes for SaaS platforms. • Solid understanding of mobile infrastructure and working with mobile application deployment, particularly in a SaaS environment. • Strong experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management systems.
