• We are looking for a talented and experienced Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute strategies that drive top-of-funnel growth and generate qualified leads for Jobspikr. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and scaling products through innovative demand generation strategies. • The role will also involve identifying and exploring new channels like content syndication and emerging advertising platforms to maximize reach and lead quality. • Create and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads and pipeline growth. • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. • Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on various platforms to ensure a high ROI. • Drive the creation of marketing assets to support lead generation efforts. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to maximize lead quality and volume. • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to convert leads into opportunities. • Optimize the website for lead generation through SEO best practices.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable results and drive revenue growth. • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns. • Knowledge of key digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content syndication. • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and experience in managing lead-to-opportunity conversion processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
