📋 Description
• Analyze healthcare data and generate actionable insights. • Support enterprise clients on the Prompt BI platform. • Spearhead sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform. • Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide analytical support. • Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and projects. • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Metabase or similar. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA). • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of successful sales efforts. • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
