Description
• As an Invoice Analyst at Prompt, you will support our finance department by managing various financial and administrative tasks. • You will work closely with the Customer Finance Lead to ensure the smooth operation of our client facing financial processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ year of experience in an invoicing/ accounts receivable role • Working understanding of QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Strong analytical, attention to detail, written communication and organizational skills • Developed oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including Senior Management • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
