Description

• As an Invoice Analyst at Prompt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by managing various financial and administrative tasks. • You will work closely with the Customer Finance Lead to ensure the smooth operation of our client facing financial processes, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ year of experience in an invoicing/ accounts receivable role • Working understanding of QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Strong analytical, attention to detail, written communication and organizational skills • Developed oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including Senior Management • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
