Description

• Provide financial and compliance analyses • Create and compile various reports for decision making • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Support decision making processes for outpatient services across WVU Medicine • Perform analysis of information related to new department creation • Provide ad hoc financial analysis on clinic reimbursement impact • Respond to requests and resolve problems as presented by leadership • Advise key stakeholders on CMS provider-based compliance • Identify and interpret potential changes or new legislation • Coordinate onsite gap assessments for clinics • Educate hospital/system personnel on provider-based requirements • Conduct business meetings with clinical leadership • Ensure reported data is meaningful and accurate • Develop technical ability in data analytics • Support problem identification and resolution for business needs • Serve as first point of contact for department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field • 1-2 years experience in a healthcare setting • Significant experience with various software platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
